Leak-proof Custom Showers Since 2000| Free Estimate – ROC#334011
You use your shower every single day, so it has to hold up. Setting the tile is the easy part. The hard part is what goes on behind it, and that’s where a lot of showers go wrong. Get the prep and the waterproofing right, and a shower stays watertight for 20 years.

We had an excellent experience from start to finish. I received several bids before choosing this contractor. While he wasn’t the cheapest, he also wasn’t the most expensive, and his pricing was fair for the quality of work he delivered. He showed up on time every day, communicated clearly, and never changed the scope or price unexpectedly. The tile work was meticulous, with great attention to detail, and it’s obvious he takes pride in his craftsmanship. At the end of each day, he cleaned up the work area, which we really appreciated. Most importantly, he completed the project on schedule, and the finished result exceeded our expectations. We couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable, honest, and highly skilled tile contractor.Posted on Google Jonathan FabianJuly 3, 2026Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Shower tile is the hardest tile job in your home. Here is why.
Tile and grout are not waterproof. Water passes through grout lines over time. If there is no waterproof layer behind the tile, that water reaches your wall studs and subfloor. Then you get mold, rot, and a repair bill far bigger than the original job.
Most shower failures trace back to skipped prep. A missing membrane. A flat shower pan with no slope. Cement board treated like it is waterproof when it is not. We do not skip these steps. We follow TCNA (Tile Council of North America) methods on every shower, so your bathroom stays dry behind the walls.
We handle every part of bathroom and shower tile installation:
Floor-to-ceiling tile with proper slope and drainage.
Subway tile, large-format, and mosaic patterns.
Slip-resistant mosaic and textured tile that actually drains.
Clean, watertight tile around your bathtub.
Porcelain and ceramic floors built for daily moisture.
Built-in shelves and seats, fully waterproofed.
Zero-threshold showers with a clean, modern look.
Fixing cracked tile, loose tile, and failing grout.
Arizona’s dry air, hard water, and heat are tough on tile. We help you pick a material that holds up here and fits your budget.
The top pick for Scottsdale showers. Porcelain is dense, nearly waterproof, and easy to clean. It comes in large-format, wood-look, and marble-look styles.
A budget-friendly choice for shower walls and bathroom floors. Glazed and textured ceramic gives you good grip and a wide range of looks.
The high-end look you see in Paradise Valley, Arcadia, DC Ranch, and Silverleaf. Stone is gorgeous, but it needs a good sealer to stand up to Scottsdale's hard water and keep looking right.
Great for accent strips, niches, and shower floors. The small mosaic pieces grip better underfoot and give the shower a custom touch.
The rectangular subway shape has stayed popular for over a century for a reason. It suits full shower walls or a simple vanity backsplash, and it fits nearly any budget without looking cheap.
We measure your space, talk through material options, and map out a tile layout that minimizes awkward cuts and small slivers.
We check the subfloor or wall framing for damage, then install cement board or another approved backer to create a stable, flat surface.
For any wet area, we apply a waterproofing membrane and build or reinforce the shower pan so water drains correctly instead of soaking into the walls or floor.
Before any tile is set permanently, we dry-lay the pattern to confirm spacing, alignment, and any custom cuts around fixtures or niches.
Each tile goes into thin-set mortar with full coverage and back-buttering. No hollow spots, no lippage.
Once the tile has cured, we apply grout, clean the joints, and seal both the grout and any natural stone to protect against moisture and staining.
Niches, shelves, edge trim, and transitions get finished last, so every edge is clean and every surface is ready for daily use.
Cost depends on the size of your shower, the tile you pick, and the prep your bathroom needs. Waterproofing, tear-out, and pattern all affect the price. The table below shows typical installed price ranges in the Scottsdale and Phoenix market.
Project Type | Typical Installed Cost | Timeline |
|---|---|---|
Bathroom floor tile | $7 – $20 / sq ft | 1 – 2 days |
Standard walk-in shower | $2,500 – $5,500 | 3 – 5 days |
Custom / large-format shower | $5,500 – $10,000+ | 5 – 10 days |
Natural stone / marble shower | $8,000 – $15,000+ | 1 – 2 weeks |
Waterproofing adds about $450–$750 to a shower. Tear-out of old tile runs $2–$5 per square foot. We give you an itemized quote — material, labor, and extras listed separately — so there are no surprises.
